Kamran Kheirolomoom Kamran is a seasoned executive with over twenty five years of experience in the enterprise software and services industry. He has been active as an entrepreneur/founder, President/CEO, board member and investor in a number of enterprise software companies and has had hands-on experience with various stages of company’s operations from start-up, to business growth and expansion, to private and public fund raising, IPO and merger and acquisitions. Most recently, Kamran was the co-founder and CEO of Apptero, an early-stage application software company that was acquired by Serena Software (SRNA) in 2005. Previously he was co-founder and CEO of Avinon, a Microsoft-funded Web Services applications company. Prior to Avinon, Kamran was the President of Mosaix (MOSX), a publicly held Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application company, with over $120 million in revenues, which was acquired by Lucent in 1997. Previously, Kamran was founder and CEO of ViewStar, a high profile business process automation and workflow software company, which was merged with Digital Systems to form Mosaix in 1996. Kamran holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Washington. Married with two children, Kamran enjoys skiing and scuba diving, and is an avid soccer fan, player and coach.
